• How to get Acknowlegement in TCP communication in Java

  I have written a socket program in Java. Both server and client can sent/receive data to each other. But I found that if client sends data to server using TCP then internally TCP sends acknowledgement to the client once the data is received by the server. I want to detect or handle that acknowledgement. How can I read or write data in TCP so that I can handle TCP acknowledgement. Thanks Sunil Kumar Sahoo

  Hi I was wondering if there is any jquery function around which can take this dateTime "2010-10-18 10:06" and convert and split it returning "2010/10/18" and "10:06". It would be also nice if the same function could either receive "2010-10-18 10:06" or "2010-10-18" only and return as mentioned above, or different formats besides "2010/10/18" like 18-10-2010" or and 18th of October 2010, giving the option but not that important, just curious about jQuery power dealing with dates.   Hello all, I am trying to import NLTK in my python code and I get this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/home/afs/NetBeansProjects/NER/getNE_followers.py", line 7, in import nltk ImportError: No module named nltk I am using NetBeans: 6.7.1, Python 2.6 NLTK. My NLTK module is installed in /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/nltk/ and I have added this in Python paths in Netbeans. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.

  I'm working w/ a function that expects a string formatted as a utf-8 encoded octet string. Can someone give me an example of what a utf-8 encoded octet string would look like? Put another way, if I convert 'foo' to bytes, I get 112, 111, 111. What would these char codes look like as a utf-8 encoded octet string? Would it be "0x70 0x6f 0x6f"? Thanks

  Hey guys, I've been trying to cross-compile Spidermonkey and I am stuck with the problem wherein prtypes.h(NSPR) is unrecognizable. I alread triedy modifying Makefile.ref/config.mk/jsconfig.mk to point to a desired NSPR/DIS directory. I must have missed some basic steps because it still won't make things work.
