    Hi, Currently we are using xml files as local data store for our disconnected application, there is proposal to move to SQL CE database. Can some one with experience of SQL CE provide some pros and cons of using sql compact, for example data type support etc. As Central DB server we are using SQL Server2005. One of the requirement is to merge local store with central DB, and we don't want any data loss. Thanks

    Hi There, I decided that i should clear my keychain access certificates, beauce it's containing lot of test certificate, i heard that i can clear my all certificates from keychain's preferences "Reset My Defult..." button. But when applied to reset to keychain i need to reinstall my iphone developer certificates again. Did anyone make this ? And I would like to know from start to end. Thank you

    Hi all, I want to upload excel file using SqlBulkCopy into sql server 2005 table. My excel file size is 43MB. When i am uploading this file it will display error message that "The request filtering module is configured to deny a request that exceeds the request content length.". My web.config file setting is <httpRuntime executionTimeout="12000" maxRequestLength="2097151" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="false" minFreeThreads="8" minLocalRequestFreeThreads="4" appRequestQueueLimit="100"/> Thanks in advance.

  • Encoding problem (Hebrew UTF8) in WordPress

    Hi all, I have a blog (of a friend) I am failing to fix: http://www.nivcalderon.com/ The language of the website is Hebrew, but the encoding scrambles the output, and I can't find how to fix it. I tried changing the DB colliation to be utf8_general_ci. I added this: define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8_general_ci'); To the wp-config (and also this: define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8'); But removed it later, since it didn't seem to fix the problem) Any ideas of what else to do ? Or is it just the (ugly) interface that class exposes that justifies the birth of 3rd party http lib? Disclosure: I heard some arguments against java.net having some serious problems, but I'm finding hard to believe that a class that is part of the java core distribution still has issues after several releases of the JDK

There are some references on the mono site (companies using mono), but I couldn't find a high traffic website sample other than Deki powered ones. And I've read some mailings about mod_mono stability problems because of inexistence of compacting GC.
