    Hi, I'm trying to migrate from ASP.NET MVC2 Priview 2 to MVC2 RC, because new version of Telerik is enforcing it. I had big problems while migrating from MVC 1.0 to MVC 2.0 Preview 2, so I wanted to confirm with you guys before continuing. Has anyone migrated from Prev2 to RC? Was there any problems? Are they easy to solve? Any suggestions are greatly welcome. Thanks.

    Hi All, I'm getting a problem in html and css, I used a bg image for my popup window whose size is 500px width and 400px height; having a scrollable text in it. but problem is that if i reduce a size of browser it get distorted.     Hi, I have a ASP.NET 1.1 application, and I'm trying to find out why when I change a ComboBox which value is used to fill another one (parent-child relation), two postbacks are produced. I have checked and checked the code, and I can't find the cause. Here are both call stacks which end in a page_load First postback (generated by teh ComboBox's autopostback) Second postback (this is what I want to find why it's happening) Any suggestion? What can I check?

    Hi, I am trying to move a development environment from production to my local machine (Ubuntu), and when I get the code up and running on my box, the site works in rails but I get this JS error: Permission denied for http://ad.doubleclick.net to call method Location.toString on http://localhost:3000. Line 0 Do you have any idea how to fix JS problems, or should I disable the ads in development?

I know how to user $collection->addAttributeToFilter('someattribute', array('like' => '%')); But I'd like to use several attribute for OR condition. Like: $collection->addAttributeToFilter('someattribute', array('like' => 'value'));` OR $collection->addAttributeToFilter('otherattribute', array('like' => 'value'));` To get products which either 'someattribute' OR 'otherattribute' set to 'value' Is it possible?

While executing I am getting the following errors, please help: myscript.sh "egrep 'ERROR|FATAL' \*20100428\*.log | grep -v aString" myscript.sh is a simple script: #!/bin/ksh cd log $1 the errors are: egrep: can't open | egrep: can't open grep egrep: can't open -v egrep: can't open aString Error is because egrap sees |, grep, -v and aString as arguments.

However, when the URL address is application/android/16 android menu item is not highlighted.     Hi, I've an SQL database and I would like to do a query who show all the datas containing the sign "%". Normally, to find a character (for example: "z") in a database I use a query like this : mysql_query("SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE tag LIKE '%z%'"); But here, I want to found the % character, but in SQL it's a joker so when I write: mysql_query("SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE tag LIKE '%%%'"); It show me all my datas. So how to found the % character in my SQL datas ? Thanks

  • Easy way to convert regex to a java compatible regex?

    hi all I have a regex defined in python/ruby/php that is like this "(forumdisplay.php\?.*page=%CURRENTPAGE%)" when I do it for java, I have to double escape that question mark to //? like so: "(forumdisplay.php\\?.*page=%CURRENTPAGE%)"; is there a function I can use to do that automatically? or would I need to change all my regexes over to work with the java regex engine? thanks
