  • How To Configure Fields To Display In Ubercart Product Node

    Hi I have set up ubercart on a site and everything seems ok when adding products and viewing the catalog page however when I click on the product the product view does not include the product image or the price. I have have enabled all fields in admin/store/settings/products/edit/fields however this does not seem to change anything (SKU etc not displayed either, only description, size options, add to cart button and link to category) Can anyone suggest why these may not be showing, Am I looking at completely the wrong config screen?   • How are Cassandra's 0.7 Secondary Indexes stored?

    We have been using Cassandra 0.6 and now have Column Families with millions of keys. We are interested in using the new Secondary Index feature available in the 0.7 but couldn't find any documentation on how the new index is stored. Is there any disk-space limitation or is the index stored similar to keys in that it's spread over multiple nodes? I've tried combing through the Cassandra site for an answer but to no avail.

  • Start timer on web application start

    I would like to start a System.Threading.Timer in my application when it launches (maybe deploy is the correct word). I have seen that you can use Application_Start() but this is only fired once the first request comes to the application. I need the timer to start as soon as the application is running so that it can check for work to process even if a user is not interacting with the site. How can I get the application to start the timer once it is up and running?

  • Nutch search always returns 0 results

    I have set up nutch 1.0 on a cluster. It has been setup and has successfully crawled, I copied the crawl directory using the dfs -copyToLocal and set the value of searcher.dir in the nutch-site.xml file located in the tomcat directory to point to that directory. Still when I try to search I receive 0 results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • How to show number of jgrowl notfications?

    Hi I am using a pool of 5 with jquery. So only 5 notifications should be shown. I think it would be nice to have maybe under the "close all" button to have a count like shown 5 of 20 notifications. To me it could get confusing if I keep closing notifications and new ones keep poping up. I might think there is some sort of problem with the site. Anyone know how to do this?

    I'm currently researching the best way to approach building a javascript widget someone can embed on their site, which would retrieve and display information from an external MySQL database. The gist of the widget would mimic the needs/functionality of Twitter's widget (http://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets), where it uses some combination of JS, PHP and/or AJAX and retrieves information from a MySQL DB with secure (or at least somewhat safe) cross-browser access.     I have a drupal site where all the views and times associated with nodes are off by 1-hour. -I checked the server time, and it is correct -I checked that my admin user (uid 1) had a zero in the timezone offset -Checked all CCK date fields in question to make sure there was no timezone handling Yet still when the admin user views nodes, there is a 1-hour offset. Is there some sort of system variable - or something else I haven't checked....?
