  • Kubuntu - Can't move/max/min windows [closed]

    All of a sudden it seems when ever I open a window on my Kubuntu (9.10) system, the windows dock in the upper left corner and can't be moved. There is nor border on the windows, no min/max/close buttons in the upper right corner of the windows. I tried opening a term window but it seems I can't type in the window. Any ideas what might be causing this?

When I click on the remarks column, I want to open another form that contains the text box. I have linked the text box with the table using the table adapter. Now when I close the form with the text box, I want to show that in the datagridview column. Please help me

    I have the following code: <div id="DivPassword" title="test" > I want to change the div title and I have the following code: function ChangeAttribute() { $("#DivPassword") .attr('title', 'Photo by Kelly Clark'); $('#DivPassword').dialog('open'); return false; } When the dialog is opened, the title is still test! if I dont assign any title to the div, the dialog doesnt show any title. How can I correct that?

Would anyone be able to explain how Operators achieve the Visual Voicemail feature on the iPhone (and I assume other newer smart phones)? If a new cell phone operator that distributed SIM cards wanted to utilise the visual voicemail feature on unlocked iPhone's what services need to be in place to be able to support it? Is there an open spec or is it completely proprietary?

    I often read about dependency injection and I did research on google and I understand in theory what it can do and how it works, but I'd like to see an actual code base using it (Java/guice would be preferred). Can anyone point me to an open source project, where I can see, how it's really used? I think browsing the code and seeing the whole setup shows me more than the ususal snippets in the introduction articles you find around the web. Thanks in advance!

Now, whenever I open a List or Details view of one of these entities, the cell phone number displays for a moment then disappears. Anyone have any ideas as to the cause of this mysterious behavior?

When I run the page outside of Simple Modal I can use Autocomplete, however when the page is loaded through Simple Modal it does not work.   • What is the motivation behind c++0x lambda expressions?

    I am trying to find out if there is an actual computational benefit to using lambda expressions in c++, namely "this code compiles/runs faster/slower because we use lambda expressions" OR is it just a neat development perk open for abuse by poor coders trying to look cool?     Several people have asked, in a roundabout way, but I have yet to see a workable solution. Is there any way to open an excel file from directly memory (like a byte[]) ?   • mouse wheel operates on scrollbar

    If a SWF file or even a component within it has scrollbars, wouldn't it make sense that if the user is hovered over that area (it's in focus) and uses the mouse wheel, that this movement would automatically translate to the scrollbar moving. Any ideas how this is done, the events or classes used for this? I'm open to outside components or classes too. I haven't started yet, but I'll do an item renderer because it's easy to give it scrollbar.
