I know this is not a programming question, but I couldn't think of where else to ask. Does google or anybody else have a feature to let you see the list of sites pointing to a given link?
Hello
This is not homework, I need this for my program :)
I ask this question, because I searched for this in Google about 1 hour, and I don't find anything ready to run. I know that is trivial question, but if you will help me, you will make my day :)

This is depressing - I have installed XMLTools and can see it in the menu - It has one sub menu which is "How To Use"
If I select that it says something like no libxml / libxslt - Google returns nothing
How can I install this plugin properly

Hi,
Is there anything in boost libraries like binary? For example I would like to write:
binary<10101> a;
I'm ashamed to admit that I've tried to find it (Google, Boost) but no results. They're mention something about binary_int< but I couldn't find neither if it is available nor what header file shall I include;
Thanks for help.
Hi,
what I want to do is PHP to look at the url and just grab the name of the file, without me needing to enter a path or anything (which would be dynamic anyway). E.G.
http://google.com/info/hello.php, I want to get the 'hello' bit.
Help?
Thanks.
How do you check if you can connect to the internet via java? One way would be:
final URL url = new URL("http://www.google.com");
final URLConnection conn = url.openConnection();
... if we got here, we should have net ...
But is there something more appropriate to perform that task, especially if you need to do consecutive checks very often and a loss of internet connection is highly probable?
I want to be able to map Google Docs' folder system to urls in my application and am just wondering how I can say "route, I want you to match an arbitrary set of nodes, and the last one is the file (or possibly a directory, I can check in the controller)".
So I could do things like:
www.mysite.com/documents/folder1/childfolderA/document
www.mysite.com/documents/root-level-doc
Can the routes.rb file do something like this?

I am trying to create a blog using blogspot. It seems it is not possible to upload anything other than image files to blogspot. I want to upload a PHP file. I managed to upload the file to google sites, but it is coming as downloadable there instead of executing.
Is there a work-around here other than buying my own server space?
Can someone explain what the 'e' flag does, or link me to somewhere that does? I couldn't find anything via google.
Example:
preg_replace("/a(b?)c/e", "search_foo_term('\$1')", $str);
I know the question has no practical value, but it is interesting why in some languages semicolons and {} blocks are removed although their predecessor have them.
Actually it makes me nervous to write a code in Python as there are no ";" and {}.
Also in new language Google-GO semicolons are also missing although it says that lexer uses a rule to insert semicolons automatically as it scans.
So is there any secret :) reason for this.
It´s a short question,
but i searched at google and here and didn´t find a answer for it.
is it possible to find the Process which changed the FileInfo.lastAccessTime or FileInfo.lastWriteTime of a File?

Following this tuto:
http://www.plaxo.com/api/openid_recipe
One of the steps is:
Need to look up whether the OpenID
entered already belongs to an existing
user on your site
My problem:
what's the OpenID like for a gmail account(I've no other OP account yet)? It seems to me that OpenID = https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id for gmail, but how can I use that to look up since it's the same for all users?

Good day,
I've ran into a problem with opening a file with randomly generated name in Python 2.6.
import random
random = random.randint(1,10)
localfile = file("%s","wb") % random
Then I get an error message about the last line
TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for %: 'file' and 'int'
I just couldn't figure this out by myself nor with Google, but there has to be a cure for this, I believe.
Thanks.

What's the simplest way, if any, to search Twitter for replies to any username that includes <string?
eg, how to search at the same time for replies to @google, @googletech, @firstgooglers, @nogoogle ?

The AJAX content loaded in a Colorbox has some JavaScript included that resizes things within the content. Colorbox determines its sizing based on the sizes before all of the AJAX happens. How can I make the Colorbox resize after the content has been loaded?
Here is a link where someone said that you can call colorbox() again after it's been loaded, but I can't figure out how to do that:
