  • Master repository and local repositories in the same machine.

    I am new to Git. I have created a master repository in a linux server. The same server is going to be used by 5 groups of 3 users each. I want to create one local repository for each group. And the group members in turn should create one local repository for each of them, play with the contents and committ the modificatons to the group's local repository.     I'v written a plugin where it comes to parsing a XML tag. The content inside the tag is indented and when i copy the parsed string into the file it's gettting like: Example line This is part of the parsed line Thats goes one End of line What I want is to remove all spaces in front of these lines, the final text should be Example line This is part of the parsed line Thats goes one End of line I've tried to use = but it doesn't work the way U want. How can I do that with minimal key strokes ?

I'm looking for a function that will take something in Javascript, be it an array, an associative array, a number, or even a string, and convert it to something that looks like it.   • question on src folders in eclipse

    So, I've been doing android application tutorials and everytime I create a package, for example the helloAndroid tutorial is com.example.android. When it saves this to src it creates a folder for com, another for example and one last one for android.     I want to have something similar to map but while iterating I want them to be in the same order as it is added. Example map.insert("one", 1); map.insert("two", 2); map.insert("three", 3); While iterating I want the items to be like "one", ""two", "three"..By default, map doesn't provide this added order.     Hello, my application (ASP.NET MVC) shows a page which loads data constantly, at certain intervals. The jQuery script calls a controller and this one renders a different partial view, based on certain conditions. This partial view is the appended to the DOM with jQuery; previous elements are removed with the empty() method. I've realized that after one day the browser loads something like 600Mb of memory. Instead of returning all the topics (where their board's topic_board_link is n), it only returns one topic.

  • Changing the block size of a dfs file in Hadoop

    I found that my map tasks is currently inefficient when parsing one particular set of files (total 2 TB). I'd like to change the block size of files in the Hadoop dfs (from 64MB to 128 MB). I can't find how to do it in the documentation for only one set of files and not the entire cluster, does anyone know the command that would change the block size when I upload it (ie copy from local to the dfs)?     I want to do a performance measurement of my application and would like to be able to configure the stats for specific module like (enable for specific module and disable for some) and I want to measure things like memory usage, threads, average band width etc.. Can any one suggest something please, I am new to this. I think Visual VM is good but it doesnot support configuring for different modules. Does Perf4j or Admin4j work here? any one has used these before?
