  I'm writing a forum in ASP.NET. I have a table of posts. How can I assign a post to a user? If I had a normal User table, I'd just creating a new field in the post table "UserId" and creating an assocation in the Linq to Sql designer. But now? Should I include the aspnet_Users in the designer? Thanks.

• Automatically backing up a file to another server?

  I have a backup created of my mysql database (vbulletin forum v3.8) everyday. It's about 360mb in size. It's stored as one text file in a secure folder. I'm thinking of getting another server, through a different host, and somehow automatically transferring the backup to my second server every day. Any ideas on how I could automate this process? I'm thinking PHP and a cron job.

  I asked this on the Facebook Developers Forum with no responses.. How do I send notifications to users so they show up in the Notifications globe icon tab on the top left of a user's Facebook page? Some applications I use have their notifications show up there, but I don't see how that mechanism works in Facebook's API docs. Neither are there any permissions which seem to be required to send users notifications.

  How do I get an outline view in sublime code editor for Windos? http://www.sublimetext.com/ The minimap is helpful but I miss a traditional outline (a klickable list of all the functions in my code in the order they appear for quick navigation and orientation) Maybe there is a plugin, addon or similar? It would also be nice if you can shortly name which steps are neccesary to make it work. Basically I want to maintain userIDs so that when I migrate posts they continue to associate with the correct users.   I use the Call keyword used when calling subs in VB/VBA. I know it's optional, but is it better to use it or leave it off? I've always thought it was more explicit, but maybe it's just noise. Also, I read this on another forum: Using the Call keyword is faster because it knows that it is not going to return any values, so it doesn't need to set up any stackspace to make room for the return value.
