    Hello, is it possible to specify that a NSMutableArray can only contain a certain type of objects. For example, if I want to store only this kind of objects : @interface MyObject : NSObject { UInt8 value; } In order to be able to use the instance variable like this : - (void)myMethod:(NSMutableArray *)myArray{ for (id myObject in myArray){ [self otherMethod:myObject.value]; } } because I'm getting this error : request for member 'value' in something not a structure or union Thank you for your help

    Hi, I'm writing a POS application for the iPhone/iPod combination, using the same exact hardware used in Apple Stores:: EasyPay. Ok, my hurdle is this: how do I identify which credit card type is being used as text is entered in the uitextfield? I assume I've to use textField:shouldChangeCharactersInRange:replacementString:? However, I've got ideas floating around, but I simple cannot put them together to form code :/ Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advanced :D

    Hi, Is there any way to detect the type of a webservice inside a httpmodule? The reason for this is that I want to do some property injection to the webservice before it's processed. CREATE TABLE svcr."EventLogs" ("eventId" BIGINT NOT NULL, "eventTime" TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE NOT NULL, "userid" CITEXT, "realmid" CITEXT NOT NULL, "onUserid" CITEXT, "description" TEXT, CONSTRAINT eventlogs_pkey PRIMARY KEY ("eventId")); And I get following error - ERROR: type "citext" does not exist SQL state: 42704 Character: 120 However, following query runs fine - CREATE TABLE svcr."CategoryMap" ("category" INT NOT NULL, "userData" INT NOT NULL); What is wrong with the first query?

    I'm trying to use the sample code here: I went to "Add Reference" dialog and added "Microsoft Word 12 library", but it doesn't appear in the Solution Explorer. I also added: using Microsoft.Office; I get the following error message when trying to declare a "Word" object. Error 1: The type or namespace name 'Word' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Any suggestions on how to properly reference the Word library?

    In my MSI package I need to set user rights to a directory using cacls.exe. It works fine in an NTFS environment but fails when run on a Fat32 file system. Is there a method to determine the type of file system of the drive the software is installed to? I'm using WiX 3 to create my MSI package but any hint pointing to the MSI database would help as well. Many thanks in advance.
