  • losing mvc intellisense

    Hi My intellisense doesn't work in aspx or ascx pages running mvc 1.0 When I save or build it does not show the intellisense, but if I do a clean then it works it this a bug or am I missing something ? thanks

  • Controlling the Mc's of a loaded SWF

    I have a controller.swf which loads an external swf into a movieclip. news_mc = loadEvent.currentTarget.content as MovieClip; the swf is called "news.swf" and has a movieclip on the maintimeline, frame 1 called "sb". I have tried everything to access this such as mews_mc.sb.alpha = 0; but nothing works?

    I understand what Dijkstra's algorithm is but I don't understand why it works. When selecting the next vertice to examine, why does Dijkstra's algorithm select the one with the smallest weight? Why not just select a vertex arbitrarily, since the algorithm visits all vertices anyway?

  • In what situations does Flash / SWF misbehave in different browsers?

    Hi, Recently I had some issues with Flash in IE, involving a SWF which is something like a gallery. In Firefox its loads perfectly, but in IE it doesn't work properly sometimes. The first time it is loaded its works fine but when I refresh all the images are blank. The image data came from XML. I wish to get some tips regarding the browsers and Flash / SWF behavior in each.   • pager problem with drupal and taxonomy

    Ok, so this is probably a silly question, but i thought i'd put it out there anyway: I know it's a strange solution to a simple problem, but i needed to control the listing of the nodes in the taxonomy pages, which i didn't feel i got the traditional way. So i went ahead and created a module that fetches the nodes based on taxonomy (taxonomy_select_nodes()), and i wanted a pager to go along with that. Here's the code: function theModule_recipeList(){ $path = drupal_get_path_alias($_GET['q']); $args = explode("/",$path); $themePath = drupal_get_path("theme", "theTheme"); $term = taxonomy_get_term_by_name($args[1]); $tid = $term[0]->tid; $nodes = taxonomy_select_nodes(array($tid)); $output = "<div id='recipeListWrapper'>"; while($row = db_fetch_object($nodes)){ $node = node_load($row->nid); if($node->uid != 1){ $userClass="user"; } else{ $userClass="admin"; } $output .= " <div class='receptThumbnailWrapper'> <div class='wrapper'> <img src='".base_path().$themePath."/graphics/recept-default-small.png' /> <h3><a href='".base_path() . $node->path."'>".$node->title."</a></h3> <div class='recipeType $userClass'></div> </div> </div> "; } $output .= "</div>"; return $output; } Now, the module works as i planned and all (even though it is a duct tape sort of solution, i know), and the pager prints and works. The problem is that the pager prints before anything else. I suspect that it is because i call taxonomy_select_nodes before $output is returned, but i need it to get the nodes i want. My code is: ASIHTTPRequest *request = [ASIHTTPRequest requestWithURL:url]; [request appendPostData:[data dataUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]]; [request setRequestMethod:@"GET"]; [request addRequestHeader:@"Content-Type" value:@"application/json"]; And I'm trying to duplicate: curl -X GET "http://www.myurl.com/_api/my/url" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d {"api_key":"my_special_api_key_123"} The curl works fine, but I can't get the ASIHTTPRequest to work properly. Any ideas?

    I have my little designer tool (my program). On the left side I have TreeView and on the right site I have Accordion. When I select a node I want to dynamically build Accordion Items based on Properties from DataContext of selected node. Selecting nodes works fine, and when I use this sample code for testing it works also.   • Work with Remote TFS server and local svn server

We do not have sufficient license to use the TFs so we use the local Subversion and it works fine. The problem is merging the two source is always painful. Any tips shall be appreciated.

    Is there a way how modules can listen to parent application event? My current solution that works is: private function directoryRemoteObject_saveCompany_resultHandler(e:ResultEvent):void { this.directoryModuleLoader.child.dispatchEvent(new CompanyEvent(CompanyEvent.COMPANY_SAVED, e.result as int)); } this means that I need to dispatch event for every module. Isn't there better solution? Thanks.

    Allegedly, Visual C++ 2010 Express, unlike previous versions, supports third party extensions. I just downloaded the release candidate SDK for Visual Studio 2010, but the installer fails saying that I don't have Visual Studio installed (which is true since i use Visual C++ 2010 Express). Have I missed something? Is there a version of the extension SDK that works with Express?

    I need to kill windows explorer's process (explorer.exe), for that it tried using System.Diagnostics.Process.Kill("Explorer.exe"); It works but the problem is that the explorer starts again, may be windows is doing that, anyway. When i kill explorer.exe with windows task manager, it doesn't come back, its stays killed I want to do whatever taskmanager is doing through my application.

    I have some controls bound to a BindingSource control. I want to do a calculation when the value changes in one control and set the result on another control. Do i update the textbox the property is bound to or do i update the underlying entity which would update the control anyway(i hope)? When i change textbox A...textbox B is updated with the new calculated result..this works fine...but i have noticed that when i Leave textbox A..textbox B reverts back to its original value...what is going on here!

It works like a charm, however, I don't want to block the UI (Or at least not show the "Please wait" message) when I am making ajax calls to fetch autocomplete suggest items. How do I do that? I am using jquery autocomplete plugin for autocomplete functionality. Is there a way I can tell the block UI plug-in to not block UI for autocomplete?
