    Am I right in thinking I can't put an if-statement and the corresponding else-statement on one line in Python? NB: variable = value1 if condition else value2 is NOT two statements. It's one statement which can take the value of one of two expressions. I want to do something like if condition a=value else b=value Am I right in thinking this requires a full if-else in Python? Like if condition: a=value else: b=value Thanks, Louise

    I'm having a lot of problems in adapting a design with ActionBarSherlock. And I can not find much information. I share a couple of screenshots of the original design and the result I get. How I can increase the size of ActionBarSherlock? How I can add a logo centered and custom size?     hello, how can i get for example the integer codeInt=082 from String code='A082' i have tried this: int codeInt = Integer.parseInt(code.substring(1,4)); and i get codeInt=82 ,it leaves the first 0 but i want the full code '082'. i thought of parseInt(String s, int radix) but i don't know how . any help will be appreciated . thanks.

With two models like so: class School(models.Model): name = models.CharField("Official School Name", max_length=128) address = models.TextField("Address of the School", max_length=256) mascot = models.CharField("Name of the School Mascot", max_length=128) class StudentProfile(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length=128) school = models.ForeignKey(School) If the student gets created before the school, how do I give 'school' a default empty value? Is it blank or null or what? Thanks!

  • Java Robot class and UAC

    I am using the Java Robot class to take screenshots, my problem is that in W7 when the UAC dialog is shown (i right click on any application and select run as Admin) it will not appear in the screen shot or the whole screen is just black. Running my application with admin rights or as a service does not solve the problem. Please, does any one know what to do so that i will be able to capture the screen even when the UAC is showing?
