  Today I had a few users blocked in our server firewall because of: (smtpauth) Failed SMTP AUTH login from Can someone explain the reason? What does it exactly mean? Could someone be using the our website to access SMTP for spamming purpose? UPDATE: Server info: Centos OS with CPanel and WHM. However no one has access to either. Taking a look at the logs it looks like someone repetitively attempted to login with a known existent user/pass.

• Dual-boot: Can't select Windows at boot

  I have a computer with 2 operating systems dual booted: One is Windows 7 and the other is Ubuntu. In the bootloader configuration, I removed an option stating time to select OS and I also set the default Operating System to Ubuntu. Now the bootloader is effectively proceeding into auto loading Ubuntu, while skipping itself. My problem is that I can not access my Windows 7 Operating System. Could someone give me a clue as to what to do?

  I just went through a driver update. The OS froze, so I had to hard reboot the PC. Now I just get the login prompt in terminal. So, I tried to run startx. codeError: API mismatch: the NVIDIA kernel module has version 304.43 but this NVIDIA driver Component has version 295.49` I just got this error. I have to type sudo su then modprobe ndiswrapper to get my Wi-Fi to work, so step by step instructions after that would be greatly helpful.

I used to option to install it alogside with windows, and dedicated ~90Gb to it, but everytime I boot my computer, it loads Windows straight ahead, I don't really have the option to select between the both OS.   I am trying to download kcachegrind after a reinstallation of my OS. But I keep getting "dependency" failures. I have tried going through the Ubuntu software manager (which worked perfectly before...) and Synaptic. With synaptic, I got specific package failures and when I searched for the packages I got more package dependencies. After the 5th time of this I gave up because there must be something else going on. Please help?

• Why hasn't C# gained much traction within the opensource community?

  I'm not expecting C# to be on par with say Java or Python in the open source community, but it still surprises me just how far behind it is. 'Multi language' open source repos like google code or github have barely any C# projects in comparison to the other languages I mentioned. I'd like to see C# and .Net shake off that slight corporate feel and move more into the open source arena but I just can't see that happening. • How to edit thousands of html pages at once? [on hold]

  I need to edit thousands of pages for a website with dynamic content added manually by the owner throughout 3 years, it has thousands of pages and I'm sure there is a better way to edit them without spending hours opening each one of them. I know it would be easy to just edit the styles.css but page dynamics like the positions of the google ad-boxes are individually edited inside the html of each page, so there is no way to solve this through css. Is there some sort of code, script and macro that can edit the pages at once?
