• What is MapRoute namespaces parameter for?

  ASP.NET MVC's MapRoute method has a parameter named namespaces. From looking in the code, I see that this parameter is saved in the Route object in DataTokens["Namespaces"]. It seems to me that it has some meaning... anyone knows what is it for?

  I'm looking for an easy way to find the process tree (as shown by tools like Process Explorer), in C# or other .Net language. It would also be useful to find the command-line arguments of another process (the StartInfo on System.Diagnostics.Process seems invalid for process other than the current process). I think these things can only be done by invoking the win32 api, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong. Thanks! Robert

  Trying to share cookies accross 2 domains in asp.net, for some reason 1 domain has a '.' before the domain, and the other doesn't. Why is that? e.g: .staging.example.com and staging.example.com Is this something to do with how I create the cookie, or a web.config change?
