    I have not found a comprehensive site that outlines costs and compares platforms for ebook development and delivery. I am interested in the costs and options available to take a single book and deliver it across multiple platforms and devices without signing up for a 3rd party service. i.e I would prefer to sign up directly with apple for iBook and Amazon for kindle than using a company that does both for me.
