Program for drawing with pen tablet, like Salman Khan's one

I do a lot of sketching with my pen-tablet. I use Microsoft Paint in Windows 7, and it is just perfect except for bad anti-aliasing.
I found some videos of Salman Khan, where his sketching is really smooth and anti-aliased. Do you know what program he might use?
