    I have a variable $link_item, it's used with echo and gives the strings like <span class="name">Google</span>http://google.com How to remove "<span class="name">Google</span>" from string? It should give just "http://google.com". Heard it can be done with regex(), please help.

    If I upload a file foo.pdf to WordPress I can access it at http://example.com/foo/. (There is a simple HTML page with a link to the PDF file). If I then create a Page named foo I cannot view or preview the Page because the default URL, http://example.com/foo/, will resolve to the page for the PDF. How can I resolve this URL conflict?

Old = http://www.domain.com/dir/images/*.jpg New = http://www.domain.com/old_dir/images/*.jpg I am using the following RewriteRule, RewriteRule ^dir/images/(.*)\.jpg$ old_dir/images/$1\.jpg [R=301] Doesn't work, any pointers on how to get to work the images resolved correctly ? Or is there something built in to SQL Server 2005/ASP.Net to help with this?

The response is UserSecurityToken. They are all strings.     I'm having an issue with the treeview control from the silverlight 4 toolkit. I can't get it to view to display my data correctly, the toplevel items are shown but the childnodes are nowhere to be seen. More info: I have a wcf service that delivers a list of Categories with nested subcategories to my viewmodel (I made sure to explicitly include my subcategory data). The hyperlink will not be in the html format of <a href="http://test.com">test</a> but just http://test.com Secondly, I would like to then convert the original string and replace all instances of hyperlinks into clickable html hyperlinks. I found an example in this thread: Easiest way to convert a URL to a hyperlink in a C# string? but was unable to reproduce it in python :(
