    Hi Folks, This is the first time I use mod_rewrite and I can't get it to work. I have a website with bands and their IDs. What I want: a URL /bands/My_Band_id13/ should redirect to /bands/index.php?bandname=My_Band&bandID=13 What I have: RewriteRule ^/bands/(.*)_id(.*)/$ /bands/index.php?bandname=$1&bandID=$2 What am I doing wrong?     I would like to understand how exactly does sql count work. Is it a whole table scan that happens or is it some property of the table that is read. However I feel a table scan would be an overhead in case of huge tables with lots of records.

    I want to my make a search-statement and query things like this select * from table where col like '%vkvk%' But with trial and error I've come to the conclusion that access doesn't work with LIKE or wildcard operators. Does anybody have some other solutions because I ain't so in to access actually, so I really don't know.

    Hello, I'm trying to recreate a sort of table layout of a contact form. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? The style (CSS) for that part, is nearly 100% copied over, only that I've changed the font, but kept within same family.

    I dont understand how current can be null and last can be an object while last being a LINQ function. I thought last uses GetEnumerator and keeps going until current == null and returns the object. However as you can see the first GetEnumerator().Current is null and last somehow returns an object.
