  • Tool which can do both UML and ER Diagram

    Hello, I have approval to buy one tool which can help programmers of my team to write better code. Most of my team members either do UML (.NET developers) or they do ER (database developers) Can you please recommend a tool for me which can do both of these type of diagrams? Please don't recommend Visio because my team already evaluated it and everyone disliked it as either a UML or ER diagram tool.

  • How to view multiple log files as one file in unix/linux

    Hi, I was wondering if there is a convenient way in linux/unix to read multiple log files as one. More specifically, I would like to view a sequence of log files (app.log, app.log.1 app.log.2, etc) as one big file using normal unix tools (vi, less, etc). When the EOF is read the tool will automatically move to the beginning of the next file. During my work I have to analyze uat/prod logs to investigate and solve problems. The fact that I need to traverse many log files disturbs my work and causes delays. Any ideas?

To me it seems like the delegate call is pushed to a queue that is called when the current call is done. So the question is can I modify this behavior? Note: The reason this is needed is that I can't execute the JavaScript until the HTML has loaded.

    I have been trying to create a custom textfield in tapestry which will render some javascript when it gains focus. But I have been having trouble trying to find an example of this.   • (Android) Why won't invalidate() update my buttons immediately?

    I have read several forums and examples on using invalidate() in order to update views immediately but I still do not understand why what I am doing will not work. The code below uses image buttons defined by "red", "blue", "green", and "yellow". I set a 1 second delay between each time I try and change a button's appearance.
