• Building a simple cart using object orientated PHP

  I've built basic shopping carts with PHP before but in an attempt to get my feet wet with OOP, I'd like to try using that method. I come from a design background but do understand some basics of OOP but would like to see a tutorial or something simple I could base this on. The site is small and the cart functionality required is very standard. Can anyone offer a link to a decent tutorial or article on building a Cart with PHP OOP, a quick google didn't turn up anything decent.

• set highchart margin

  I have built a a higcharts charts and I am displaying them one at a time on mouseover. The jquery creates a floting div (depending on the cursor) with a border line 1px solid black and then the highchart method is being called to draw the chart. The thing is that highcharts exceed and left and bottom border is not shown. I tired 'margin' : chart: { renderTo: 'graph', defaultSeriesType: 'line', zoomType: 'x', margin: [ 10, 10, 10, 10] }, and still it does the same thing.

• How to use linked resource with eclipse CDT ?

  I found it very difficult to configure linked resource in Eclipse CDT. Folder "wspolne" is located somewhere in the system, I'd like to use .cpp .h files from it in my current project, but avoid copying it. From what i read about Linked Resources is a solution, but I can't build a projct :/ I followed instuctions described here with out any result: stackoverflow.com/questions/1907275/in-eclipse-cdt-shared-resource-folder-that-is-built-differently-for-the-project. • Convert html/css print media display to .doc with appropriate page breaks?

  I'm looking to export a page that looks good in print media, to word. Can this be done automatically, or mostly automatically with office apis? The alternative is to create a program that reads all our style meta data and font meta data and convert to word and force a download. The issue is our style metadata is already built for css, its a web app after all. And writing my own css parser, doesn't sound like a good use of time.

• Redirect all requests to a subdirectory

  I have a drupal site install at example.com/drupal but now that the site is built I want to forward all requests to that directory, without it ever showing "drupal" in url. I think this can be done with .htaccess, but I didn't know if that was a hack-y answer. I'm using mediatemple's GridServer so I don't have complete control over apache settings and stuff, although I do have SSH.

  In python, you might do something like i = (0, 3, 2) x = [x+1 for x in range(0,5)] operator.itemgetter(*i)(x) to get (1, 4, 3). In (emacs) lisp, I wrote this function called extract which does something similar, (defun extract (elems seq) (mapcar (lambda (x) (nth x seq)) elems)) (extract '(0 3 2) (number-sequence 1 5)) but I feel like there should be something built in? All I know is first, last, rest, nth, car, cdr... What's the way to go? ~ Thanks in advance ~

• Visual marker when moving rows on DataGridView

  Users drag rows up and down in my DataGridView. I have the dragging logic down-pat, but I'd like there to be a dark marker indicating where the row will be placed after I let go of the mouse. (I've seen this in 1000 places before, but can't seem to find an example right now) Does anyone know how I'd go about doing this? • Suggestions for open source testing tool for cloud computing

  Hi, I want to know if there is any open source testing tool for cloud computing. We have built a cloud framework with Xen, Eucalyptus, Hadoop, HBase as different layers. I am not looking at testing each of these tools separately, but i want to test them from the perspective of fitting into a cloud environment (for example scalability of xen hypervisor to handle multiple VMs).
