    RewriteEngine on RewriteBase /tradesalvage/demo RewriteRule ^featured-cars/?$ index.php [L] RewriteRule ^current-stock/?$ carlist.php [L] RewriteRule ^about-us/?$ aboutus.php [L] ErrorDocument 500 /tradesalvage/demo/500.php ErrorDocument 404 /tradesalvage/demo/404.php I have the above rule in .htaccess when access url "http://localhost/tradesalvage/demo/about-us" , it does redirect to aboutus.php file .It also works fine with the rest of the rule. But i have a problem when i create a admin folder.WHen access "http://localhost/tradesalvage/demo/admin/add-data" , it goes to the 404 error page.How do I write the rule to skip the admin folder ?

  • Console output spits out Chinese(?) characters

    This is a real shot in the dark, however maybe someone had a similar issue. Some console apps are being invoked by either SQL Server 2008, or Autosys (job schedule) under Windows Server 2008; output results of execution are being saved into .txt files. Every so often, with no definite pattern as far as I can tell saved output is displayed as a series of what I presume are Chinese characters. Have anyone encountered phenomenon above?

  • C# empty statement

    In C#, I can write something like: using (new MyDisposableClass().MethodA()); The semicolon causes a compiler warning to be shown which states possible mistaken empty statement. I haven't run the above code but won't the method still be called? What uses is there of this type of coding convention? I saw another thread on here about this but I ask in case there areny differences now/therefore different replies. Thanks

    My Understanding Static block is executed during class loading, If a class is already loaded then there is no way to load the class other than class reloading Doubt/Question 1) Is there any time JVM reloads the class? My Understanding In Class Loading JVM loads source of the Java file, so it can not keep all thousands files source is a memory, it should discard the rarely used code and reload again when it is necessary and during reload JVM is not initializing static variables and locks again(may be using some tracking mechanism) Doubt/Question 2) If my above understanding is incorrect then please correct me

I'm having an issue with Firefox and anchor links from an external page to a tab div on the landing page; while IE render these correctly (I know, that means little), FF and Chrome both send the user to a place somewhat above or below the actual anchor tag. I didn't write the original code, but I'm not able to find much about a FF bug that would cause this, or a solution? User registers with an e-mail address If provided e-mail address is a valid email address Then user account get's activated or if it is a fake email then user account is not activated I doubt that I can catch the - "Delivery failed reply message", right? anyhow how would you suggest to implement the above logic?     I would like to use Python's tempfile module to create a temporary file that I will use for communication between processes (use of pipes is awkward). The documentation I've linked to above shows two functions that almost do what I want: tempfile.NamedTemporaryFile # For creating named tempfiles tempfile.SpooledTemporaryFile # For creating tempfiles in memory but actually I want a tempfile that is both named AND in memory. Any ideas?

Then using VS 2010, connected to the very same file (a mdf file) i run the query above and i get a success message. WTF!

    Hi, I'm using php on apache with mysql. I want to let users enter a url into their browser to see a custom user page for themselves, just like twitter does. For example, they could enter urls like: www.mysite.com/johndoe www.mysite.com/janedoe and see that user's page. How could I do this with php and apache? I don't want to create a folder on disk for every user like above, I'd instead kind of like to catch the url and generate the page on the fly for them, Thanks

Either way, I need to be able to pull the filename from the variable: http://www.somesite.com/dir1/dir2/filename.gif /dir1/dir2/filename.gif The directory structure is also arbitrary.     The rectangle can be oriented in any way...need not be axis aligned. Now I want to find whether a point lies inside the rectangle or not. One method I could think of was to rotate the rectangle and point coordinates to make the rectangle axis aligned and then by simply testing the coordinates of point whether they lies within that of rectangle's or not. The above method requires rotation and hence floating point operations. Is there any other efficient way to do this??
