    Hello all, I'm opening a word document through IE on a local network, it opens up fine but if a document is password protected then it should prompt for the password which it doesn't. Is there something that I should be doing to get the password prompt? The way I'm opening the document is by a link on a web page e.g. <a href="\\path\to\file.doc">Document</a> Thanks for any help.

    Hello All, Do anyone know how I can draw a transparent circle on a CALayer just like using CGContextClearRect to draw a transparent rectangle? My requirements is that I need to draw a mask on a picture, in some cases, I need to erase it, but CGContextClearRect only allow to draw a rectangle, I wonder if there is another way to do the same thing and draw a tranparent circle.   • Drupal site requires a higher memory limit after migration? Why?

    Hello. We have a website which had a previous memory limit of 12 MB (12 MB in php.ini, and 16 MB in settings.php) and worked previously. After moving to a new server it started giving memory limit errors and displaying half-blank screen. We increaded the limit in both files (php.ini and settings.php) and now it works, but I dont understand how is it possible that now it needs a considerably larger amount of memory (it used to work with 12 MB, now it cont work with less than 20 MB).

    Hello! I would like to set up a proxy object in the application NIB file. The problem is that the NIB file is the main application NIB that gets loaded automatically by the application and therefore I cannot set up the UINibProxiedObjectsKey dictionary as described in the documentation. Is there a way to set up a proxy object in the main application NIB? Or can I tap into the code that loads the main application NIB?

    Hello all, I have this line of code which rounds my numbers to 2 decimal places. But the thing is I get numbers like this. 10.8, 2.4 etc. These are not my idea of 2 decimal places so how I can improve this: Math.round(price*Math.pow(10,2))/Math.pow(10,2); I want numbers like 10.80, 2.40 etc. Use of JQuery is fine with me. Thanks for any help.

    Hello, I have a solution with many components and each component has its own version file (AssemblyInfo.cs). Currently each file as the standard structure: [assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0.0.0")] [assembly: AssemblyFileVersion("1.0.0.0")] I would like to use the file version as the component version and keep that independent but I would like to have the "Product Version" be the same for all the components. I would like to do that by having a file at the solution level that is used by all the projects to get that version embedded. Any suggestions Thanks Tony

In timer elapsed event I'm writing the following code lblTimer.Content = "hello"; but its throwing an InvalidOperationException and gives a message "The calling thread cannot access this object because a different thread owns it."
