I dont know how to acces my method of my class ProjectNode, that is returned from ExplorerManager mgr like this: mgr.getRootContext().setSomething() getRootContext() returns Node object, but I put class ProjectNode (extends AbstractNode, abstractNode extends Node)into rootContext. The compiler does not want to eat that line of code. But it must!

  • How to count time securely in a Flash game?

    Hello. I'm developing a Flash game in ActionScript 2, and the issue if that this game has to count the time securely. It can't count the time from the Date class because the Flash Player takes the time from the local computer, and the user can change the local time so the time reported would be fake. I haven't considerend to take the time from the server because there's a 3WH (3 way handshake) time and it would not be practical. What do you sugest me??

For example, I install xyz framework and i run two or more sites based on this single installation of xyz framework rather than installing the framework for each site.     Hello, I have a strange problem which I can't fix: A field: private boolean[][][] gaps; Constructor (1st line): gaps = new boolean[NOBARRICADES][WIDTH][HEIGHT]; Constructor (2nd line): for (int i = 0; i < NOBARRICADES; i++) { JAVA throws an error for the 2nd line, saying: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException Does it have anything to do with JAVA syntax (the mistake is in these lines of code) or I should look for the problem somewhere else?

    Hello dear commmunity, good day! I run a little site (now for several months ) that has users accessing big files, for download as well for streaming to the browser. It's fairly active, so assuming the worst, how bad is getting php to read the files that would be stored outside of the webroot and then getting it to echo it to a page dynamically for the browser to then read? My question is: how bad is fread() etc in this context!? zero
