    I'am new to Python 3 and could really use a little help. I have a txt file containing: InstallPrompt= DisplayLicense= FinishMessage= TargetName=D:\somewhere FriendlyName=something I have a python script that in the end, should change just two lines to: TargetName=D:\new FriendlyName=Big Could anyone help me, please? I have tried to search for it, but I didnt find something I could use. The text that should be replaced could have different length.

    i have a directory with around 1000 files....i want to run a same code for each of these file... my code requires the file name to be inputted. i have written code to copy the information of one into other in other format... please suggest a method to copy all 1000 files one by one without need to change the file name every time and i have a field serial_num which need to be continous i.e if 1st file has upto 30 then while coping other file it should continue from 30not from 0 again require suggestion please thanks..

    I am looking for a plugin that could integrate VSS- the CM tool I am using and WSAD 5.1. I tried downloading the version 1.6.0 of VSS plugin from http://sourceforge.net/projects/vssplugin/ , but that did not help as it seems this version of the plugin does not support WSAD 5.1 as it uses eclipse 2.1 Any help would be appreciated.

After searching a lot, i have not been able to find a reference for how to code a FTP. Can anyone please help or provide me a link where i can get a sample code of how to download a file using FTP. Also when i was working in Android environment previously, i made use of external jar file of FTP. But in Blackberry that same jar file is of no use. So please help me its part of my project...

    Hi guys, hopefully you can help me here. I have some code (please see below) which takes the current time, then adds specific seconds to the time and re-displays the time 1 minute in the future. Instead of the time being the current time, I want it to be a time which I set - say 9:30. Then I want to be able to add, for example 65 seconds and it shows me 9:31. Please can you show me how to change it from current time, to a specific time I can set myself.   • Trying to get excel 2003 into already made windows form

    good afternoon everyone :) I got sucha dilemma! (hate being new at stuff!) What my problem is is that I have a project that is in full design mode swing right now. I built it using the Windows form.. Anyways, on one of my forms..that I already started building (very painstakingly).. Minds have changed and now what needs to be on that form is either a full excel 2003 workbook..or at the very least..excel worksheet. The problem is that I have not been using studio 2008 for long..and coding experience shows the same. Can someone please tell me how the heck I can put a worksheet or a workbook on that form without starting my whole project over using office forms? Please..go slow with this newbie cuz i really dont know anything and Jargon is confusing me even more :( thanxxXXX :)

    Hi, I have a website .. [SPAM LINK REMOVED]. When you see pages like [SPAM LINK REMOVED] and [SPAM LINK REMOVED]. These pages load a bit slowly in FF. Please see if the speed is reasonable or speed needs to improve and in IE 6 it takes ages to load the website. Please let me know what all should i do to increase the performance of website. I tried all the options given by firebug. But nothing much helped. If any1 can let me know where all i should take care to increase the performance it will be very helpful.

    I am working on VC++ project, in that my application process a file from input path and generates 3 output "*.DAT" files in the destination path. I will FTP these DAT file to the destination server. After FTP, I need to delete only two output .DAT files the folder. I am able to delete those files, because there one Asynchronous thread running behind the process. Since the thread is running, while deleting it says, "Cannot delete, the file is used by another person". I need to stop that thread and delete the files. Multiple files can also be taken from the input path to process. Please help me in resolving this issue. Its very high priority issue for me. Please help me ASAP.

  • hide XML element from appearing in browser

    HI, I have a website which I am setting up. However, I want the first page (Home) not to have any sub menu. When I change the value of true to false all the other pages where I want the drop down to appear also disappear. I want other pages to have sub menu but not the home page. I have tried to change the xml path etc, but nothing seems to work. Can somebody please advise on this. I am new to xml and finding this very challenging. I have uploaded the config.xml and the layout xml's.
