    hi, i'm displaying an image like this: <img src='counter.asp'> counter.asp is doing a hitcounter do determine how often the image was displayed (i'll replace it with a modrewrite url). the problem: in the counter.asp script i need to send the actual .jpg image to the browser, how could this be done? i suppose i need to load the image through FSO then send it using Response.BinaryWrite - any ideas? thanks

  • Add jpeg image to another in C#

    Hey, I have a two jpeg files. One is 1024x768 in size and the other is 64x64. I'm creating a console application and would like to add the 64x64 image at location (X,Y) into the 1024x768 image. How can I do this in memory (since I'm not using winforms and would like this to be quite fast)? I've converted the larger image into bytes using File.ReadAllBytes, but I'm not sure how to insert the smaller image at a particular location. Thanks for any help

  • binary search tree recursive subtree in java

    Can anyone point me to a code example (java preferably) or psuedocode that uses recursion to return a subtree that contains all nodes with keys between fromKey and toKey. So if I was to call Tree.subtree(5,10) it should return all nodes in the BST that have keys between 5 and 10 inclusive - but I can't use loops or helper methods...only recursive calls to the subtree method, which takes fromKey and toKey as parameters.     Hi Stackoverflow, I am executing a simple query against SQL Server 2005: protected static void InitConnection(IDbCommand cmd) { cmd.CommandText = "set transaction isolation level read uncommitted "; cmd.ExecuteNonQuery(); } Whenever I profile with dotTrace 3.1, it claims that SNIReadSync method is taking between 100 - 500 ms. What sort of things do I need to be looking for in order to get this time down? Thanks!

  • popViewControllerAnimated not working, but back button works

    Hi, I am creating an application based on the Utility template. The main screen consists of a menu with several buttons, each of which creates a different flip-side view. In one of those flip-side views I also configured a Navigation Controller, which works perfectly as long as I have the NavigationBar activated... I can push the view but I have to use the "back" button to return to my flip-side view, which would be the root of the Navigation Controller. The problem comes if I try to go back using "popViewControllerAnimated", properly configured with a button, instead of the "back" button of the NavigationBar. My application crashes for some reason and I am not able to understand why. I could just use the "back" button in the NavigationBar and forget about the problem, but I would prefer to have my own button in order to go back.   • iPhone SDK Zoom and refresh PDF with Quartz

    Looking at the QuartzDemo sample application, I love the speed of the PDF rending using quartz alone (that is, without using uiwebview). However, when I'm zooming in the PDF it doesn't seem to become more clear like it does in PDF view. Is there something that I can change to have the same effect when zooming in and out using multitouch? like manipulate the PDF transformation matrix or something? Thanks a bunch. --Ben
