    Hi, I created an application with a TabBarController using IB who have 4 TabBarItems and so display 4 differents ViewControllers. To allow a landscape orientation I must add this code in all of my ViewController: - (BOOL)shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation:(UIInterfaceOrientation)interfaceOrientation { return (interfaceOrientation == UIInterfaceOrientationPortraitUpsideDown ? NO : YES); } The problem is I don't want for example the secondViewController to autorotate, How can I do that? Because everytime I delete the code above in one of my ViewController, every ViewControllers not rotate anymore. Thanks

    This shouldn't be this confusing. I have a custom UIView with a bunch on controls on it. UILabels, buttons, etc. I've created this Nib using Interface Builder. I want to be able to position this custom uiview on another UIView using the interface builder. How do I link my UIView custom class, to the nib? initWithCoder gets called, but I want this class to get loaded from the nib. Thanks

  • How do I change the URL for the wordpress author archive page?

    Instead of www.example.com/author/xyz, I want to use www.example.com/artist/xyz. I was hoping it was as easy as copying author.php to artist.php in my theme directory, but no such luck. Where does wordpress handle the special processing for the author archive pages? .htaccess rewriting is another option, but I wasn't able to get anything to work with the existing wordpress rewrite rules.   • Downloaded StructureMap but seems to be missing the Log4Net.Dll

    I am currently following instructions in a book to develop an application. It asks me to download StructureMap and then move the StructureMap.Dll file and the Log4Net.dll into the bin files. The problem is there doesnt seem to be a Log4Net.dll file in the StructureMap files, the only other dll apart from the StructureMap.dll is the Rhino.Mock.dll. can anyone help? Thanks Rachel

    I'm creating a static library to share using the following guide: http://www.amateurinmotion.com/articles/2009/02/08/creating-a-static-library-for-iphone.html In one of the functions, I return a "SomeUIView" which is a subclass of UIView and is defined in the public header, however I don't want to expose the internal instance variable of SomeUIView in the public header. I've tried using categories for a private internal header file for SomeUIView, but I keep running into "Duplicate interface declaration for class 'SomeUIView'". Does anyone know how to do this? In glassfishv2 there was a "System Classpath" field which you could used in order to point to your log4j.properties file. But in glassfishv3 "System Classpath" is not supported any more.   • firefox scales images poorly

    Hi, I'm using Ubuntu Linux and when I zoom in on a page with "CTRL - +" the images become ugly, i.e. Firefox doesn't scale them correctly. Using Chromium-browser I don't have this issue. I have this problem on several machines with various versions of Firefox (3.5-3.6). Here is an example: http://xs.to/image-2AA4_4BDA24DE.jpg . Any idea how to change the scaling behaviour of Firefox?
