  • Jquery/Ajax file uploader

    Hey Guys Im looking for a jquery or ajax file uploader, Im currently using the FancyUploader which worked great until Flash brought out their update making all flash progress bars absolete, now whenever I try to upload large files... it will fill the progress bar to 100% in a matter of seconds even though the actual upload finished minutes after. So im now looking for a new uploading script that DOESNT require flash but can still display the progress. Any suggestions?

    Hey guys, I'm writing an app for BlackBerry OS 4.7 and would greatly benefit from having a lightweight relational database such as SQLite that my application can use to store data locally on the device. SQLite is coming out with 5.0, which is still in beta. Can anyone recommend any other alternatives that permit commercial use?     Hi, I'm trying to extract data from one of my websites using Greasemonkey. Problem is, the script runs 6 times because apparently the page loads content from 6 different servers. So if I put in an alert ("Hey"); the code runs 6 times and I get 6 alerts. How can I wait for the entire page to load and then start playing with the DOM. Also, I'm using jQuery. Thanks

    Hey, I'm trying to mod rewrite the image locations on my site, I'm just using this : rewriteRule ^thumbs/(.*)$ http://site2.com/images/$1 [L] so that I can redirect all image requests going from http://site1.com/thumbs/something to http://site2.com/thumbs/something But only some of the images are loading, and not all of them.     Hey guys, was wondering how do i use the NSXML parser. so lets say given i have a simple xml file with elements like 1/1/1000 14:15:16 How could i use the NSXMLParser to parse the XML File(Its on locally btw, desktop), check through each element and store each of them in an array either to be displayed/used later?     hey, tryingto run shutdown.exe -l -t 10 only showed shutdown help manual. I thought of unekegant but working solution of ping -n 10 localhost shutdown.exe -l How wasty is is that solution? I thought of downloading sleep.exe, but I want my bat file to work on machine with no previuse preperations. any more ideas? Thanks

    Hey folks I'm trying to write some unit tests for an app I work on at work (In the vague hope that others might follow suit), and I was originally running these tests using NUnit and the ReSharper plugin. However, ReSharper will no longer run tests for me for some reason: It simply crosses them out with a red strikeout. There's no error code I'm afraid, and there's no mention of such behaviour on the JetBrains site. Has anyone else experienced similar benhaviour? Cheers, Ed

  • Can anyone recommend a command line virus scanner that is open source and works with linux/php/apach

    Hey guys recently I have had the 'priveledge' of trying to set up an anti virus scanner to scan file uploads to my VPN server. I just finished trying to set up ClamAV but it slowed my server down to a hault once initiated so I had to kill it. Does anyone have any recommendations to a program that will accomplish my task and can be executed in php (other than clamAv)? Any advice greatly appreciated.
