    When i am trying to transform xml it gives me erro that Could not find function: resolve-uri where resolve-uri is a xpath function . below is my xslt line which will use resolve uri function . <xsl:variable name="filename" select="resolve-uri(concat($dir,'/',$xmlFileName,'_',position(),'.xml'))" /> Can anybody please help me.Is it because of xslt version difference ?     Hello every one, We are working on a software that uses OPENOCR engine to do some OCR on given images, given we are using .NET framework , i was wondering if anyone knows about any good possible filters or sharpening methods that can be applied to the image prior to sending it to OCR engine. I have found for example a grayscaled image is much easier for OCR engine to read than a color images. are there any other techniques or image filttering that you guys know of , that can decrease the error margin by OCR engine ?     I am looking for a way to automate the production of an offline product catalog using product data contained in an SQL Server database. I have thought about using both Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services for this but there may be something better suited for the job. There is a requirement to display product images also (currently stored in the database). I thought about perhaps doing a simple Word Mail Merge for this but am not sure how I will handle images.     I have a multiline Textbox for my web page. When user logs in and enters text and press "Save" button, data will be saved. Then, next time when the same user logs in and searches for data, I want him to edit only new text in multiline TextBox, not removing or replacing previously entered text. Is there any way to make multiline TextBox to lock inserted lines or inserted text and allow to only add text? Thanks in advance.

    Is there an equivalent to an identity Seed in SimpleDB? If the answer is no, how do you handle creating something like a customer number or order number that will prevent the creation duplicate numbers? My experience is mainly from SQL Server in which I would either create a primary key with an identity seed or use transactions in a stored procedure to increment the number. Thanks for your help!

    Can anyone enlighten me why the following won't work? $ groups staff btgroup $ ls -l total 64 -rw-rw---- 1 sld248 btgroup 26840 Apr 02 13:39 padaddwip.jks -rwxrwx--- 1 sld248 btgroup 1324 Apr 02 13:39 padaddwip.ksh $ ./padaddwip.ksh ksh: ./padaddwip.ksh: not found. $ echo $? 127 This is nearly identical to another script which works just fine. I can't see any differences between the two in terms of permissions or ownership. thanks in advance!
