    Hi Folks, I have a scenario in which I have 2 Submit Buttons in a form for going back and forward. Both the buttons have different JavaScript associated with it. It is working great if we press these buttons to navigate. But when in Google Chrome, when someone press enter on any of the text box within the Form it does not calls the onClick of the button. Is there any work around for that. Thanks

    I've a table with working_hours time(0), lunch_hours time(0) What I have to do is the following: If lunch_hours is greater that one hour, I have to calculate the offset Example: lounch_hour = 01:30:00 = offset = 00:30:00 Once done I've to subtract the offset from the working_hours value Example: offset = 00:30:00, working_hours = 07:30:00 = working_hours = 07:00:00 The result must be in time(0) format (hh:mm:ss) I've tried several solutions but still not working. Used DATEDIFF probably didn't used in correct way. Thanks for any help Bye!

    I'm using Master Page in my ASP.net application, in the master page I put a ContentPlaceHolder in Update Panel to support AJAX in child pages, the question is how to stop Refreshing "master page controls" while navigating between pages? For navigation between pages I tried to use Response.Redirect, windows.location java script with no success, shall I use the Frames or IFrames instead of Master Pages to stop Refreshing? any suggestion to solve this issue will be highly appreciated, Thanks in advance...

    Hi Experts.. Is there any reliable way to check if user has entered Arabic words into a form and tries to submit it? Can Javascript handle this? Or, only server script like .NET can do this? I'm thinking that if possible the script should directly prevent the user from inputting Arabic words into the form and show an alert pop up.     Hello, I am trying to output some Java objects as JSON, they have List properties which I want to be formatted as { "People" : [ { "Name" : "Bob" } , { "Name" : "Jim" } ] } However, I cannot figure out how to do this with XStream. It always outputs as { "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" }, "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" } Is there a way to fix this?     I have downloaded latest version of squid and tried to compile squid on windows according to http://www.piececode.com/other/compile-squid-2-7-on-windows/ , I changed c:\squid to c:\squid2, because had a precompiled version in there. When I run c:\squid2\squid.exe , squid.exe -v , squid.exe -i , squid.exe -X , as I tested these parameters, it will be exited quickly without printing anything at all. Why? I found where the system doesn't return 0 and quits, it's in function WIN32_Subsystem_Init . Thanks!

    I'm interested in the way lala.com works. They have a header that remains fixed at the top of the browser and they have a flash music player in it. You can click on other links in the site and they are displayed below the header but the header is not disrupted and can continue playing music. If the target is a modern browser say IE8 & FF 3.6, what's the best way to achieve this? Thanks for any help.

    hi when ever i use window.location.href=//some url it always open a new window, this only happens when the parent window is an dialog box. Any idea what i did wrong? i tried using window.open("http://asdf.com", "_self"); as suggested on this thread http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1678155/window-location-href-opens-another-window but it is still not working thanks
