• How to test an iPhone application update?

  I already have an iPhone application (version 1.0) available in the App Store and am ready to submit a newer version (version 1.1). How do I test the new upgrade to make sure that the current sqlite database and property list files on the earlier version do not get deleted/overwritten etc? The new version assumes the old data in both the sqlite database and property lists remain. Or better yet, is there a resource I can use to walk me through what to watch for when developing an application update?

  I'm trying to generate some sql files in my java application. The application will not execute any sql statements, just generate a file with sql statements and save it. I'd like to use the java.sql.PreparedStatement to create my statements so that i don't have to validate every string etc. with my own methods. Is there a way to use the PreparedStatement without the calling java.sql.Connection.prepareStatement(String) function, because I don't have a java.sql.Connection?

  I've read about the ReSharper external sources feature in ReSharper 5. But when attempting to use it on a .NET 4.0 project, but my attempts to make it work / use it have failed. Whenever I attempt to navigate to "Sources from Symbol Files" - I just get the message that the symbols are not available. Are the debug symbols for .NET 4 not released yet or are they placed somewhere else? It works fine and downloads the proper symbols for .NET 3.5 projects.

  If i submit my ajax form from jQuery, and do print_r($_FILES); i get a list of files uploaded, but if i do something like this $add_form->sound_file->isUploaded(); or $params = $this->_getAllParams(); print_r($params); i don't get my file in zend parametars, and i don't get it uploaded!?   In Visual Studio 2008 I know its possible to have one solution with two (or more) projects. Is it possible OR How is it possible for the projects to share common class files?
