  Hey folks, Been messing about with this all day and haven't got anywhere so I'm hoping someone can help me - I have a HeapReAlloc method failing with the error ACCESS_VIOLATION, but I'm unsure how to implement a further check using GetExceptionCode as it uses try/catch or exception or something - can someone give me a quick example of how I can use it to narrow down this failure, please?   Hello I've got supervisor's status output, looking like this. frontend RUNNING pid 16652, uptime 2:11:17 nginx RUNNING pid 16651, uptime 2:11:17 redis RUNNING pid 16607, uptime 2:11:32 I need to extract nginx's PID. I've done it via grep -P command, but on remote machine grep is build without perl regular expression support. Looks like sed or awk is exactly what I need, but I don't familiar with them. Please help me to find a way how to do it, thanks in advance.

• Does Marshal.ReleaseComObject call the garbage collector ?

  Hi, I was asked this question today by a colleague, and couldn't find any clue on the Internet... Can someone tell me if calling Marshall.ReleaseComObject()directly calls the garbage collector ? As I understand it, it only removes COM references, and then the G.C. cleans memory on its next pass, but I can be mistaken... Thanks in advance for your help!
