Where can I tell exim to run a shell/php command everytime a new mail has been delivered to a virtual mailbox. It does not matter to which user the mail is delivered?

I'm having problems with my server and am hoping you can help.
The culprit appears to be exim. The CPU usage is consistently high and the memory usage trends up and up and up for no apparent reason (this is not a heavily used server).

I use Exim on a Centos distribution and have some problems with the mail sending.

I want to install DKIM on our server and as far as i found out that is only suported in exim 4.7
Is there a way to install it on our server and not mess up the cpanel configuration ?

I've set up an ubuntu server 9.1 system with exim4 as a relay for e-mail on my network.
