Would it make sense to switch to HipHop to replace XCache?
It seems illogical to run both simultaneously. Is HipHop ready for primetime or should we wait several months before implementing it?

Hi
I have installed Xcache in my site(using xampp), I have tested more then 10 times on several page and the result is same as default(no any cache installed), is it something wrong with the configure?

I successfully installed XCache on a Linux server where WHM/cPanel is installed too.
However when I go to the admin interface it shows me only the cache for the owner of the folder (= a cPanel account).
So I copied the admin interface on another cPanel account of the same server and I'm surprised…

I'm running Drupal on a news site that has a lot of different View blocks on the front page (~5 total, all cached). In trying to reduce the memory footprint of the site, I've checked out source from SVN to a local development install to try and convert some of those blocks into more optimized code…
