Installing RubyGems to work with Aptana RadRails

I downloaded RubyGems ZIP archive, but I am not able to direct the path of Aptana RadRails to this folder. When I start RadRails, it asks me to install RubyGems. Is there any installer that automatically installs RubyGems?
