Does MSDN Windows licenses still work after subscription expires?

The question is: will me license (Keys) for Windows server 2003 still work after the subscription is closed on a new install? It's not volume license.

My windows XP still works on my computer it was installed while i had the subscription.

I saved an xml file with all the keys so i still got them and was wondering if they work on new installs?
