Facebook Iframe App with multiple pages in Safari

I have a facebook Iframe application with multiple PHP pages in it.

I have some links that point relatively to the files inside my "iframe folder".

This works just fine In FFox, IE and Chrome. The problem here is that in Safari the links are not working at all. What happens when you click on a link is that the whole page (parent AND iframe) gets loaded inside the iframe.

Anyone has any Idea why this could be happening?
