The whitepapers are progressively being updated for new facilities in Oracle Utilities Application Framework V4.0.1. The documents now will cover other versions of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (V2.1, V2.2, V4.0.1).
The first round of updates are now available on My Oracle Support:
942074.1 - XAI Best Practices
836362.1 - Batch Best Practices
773473.1 - Oracle Utilities Application Framework Security Overview
These have been updated for the new whitepaper format as well as the content. Content that is related to specific versions of the Framework are marked accordingly. New content since the last update are also indicated accordingly.
