HTML - Word Doc Images

Okay I have roughly 150 + pages of procedures all written in MS word. The person who wrote the procedures did an excellent job of recording the process how to perform specific tasks. This individual went though and created screen shots a MS word doc. There are approx 2 screen shots per page. So it is roughly 300 images and I do not want to recreate the wheel.

Does anyone know a quick way of handling the images? The written portion is pretty straightforward but the images is what I am struggling with.
