Is it possible to define a custom rule in OnTime to to notify users?

Hi,

We have been using SCRUM as an SDLC and we use OnTime tool for that.

I wonder if it is possible to define a rule like

"IF Total number of hours estimated is greated than 150 hours, notify the user."

Do you know if it is possible and if yes, how to accomplish this?
