Can anyone help me out in writing a xslt-fo for this xml file?

I started to write a xsl-fo to format the above xml in to a table, but I am really struggling with the flow of the tags, can any one help me out in writing a xsl-fo for this xml file?

Is it possible for anyone to suggest me material for staring with xsl-fo, so that I can code my own xsl-fo., because the tags and syntax are very difficult to understand.
