General

We are a software development company. We need to establish a monetary escrow for one of our clients. The idea is they pay for the whole fixed bid project up front. However, the money is not released to us until agreed upon milestones have been met. This is very similar to the system Elance uses.

From our side, we need to protect ourselves in the event we complete a client's project and by the time that happens they cannot pay for one reason or another.
