I am planning to implement a Sales force automation software where there will be 50 PDA devices having sql server CE 3.5 connecting via web sync merge replication to central SQL Server 2005 main Database via a IIS server.

1) IIS Server Win 2003 Server 2) SQL Server 2005 Standard 3) SQL CE 3.5 having in 50 PDA Devices.

How many licenses are required for each Servers ? What is the licencing model
