Is there a way to get jobs that are supposed to be running/completed by now (based on schedule), but queued for some reason (such as threads are used up)?

adojobstore,
i've created a working quartz windows service, but i can't find where
i can configure the quartz_jobs.xml to use AdoJobstore instead of
RamJobStore.
