Why PNG looks transparent in IE6 mode of IE tester?

I'm doing some PNG transparency testing and i need IE6 default behavior So i downloaded IE tester but PNG is showing transparent.

Is there any way to get default behavior of IE in IE6 tab of IE Tester?
