With Summer holidays starting up we've been spending a lot of time speaking with our counterparts in EMEA. Often we talk about recent customer successes.

One of my recent discoveries is this great video covering BT's move towards SOA and how this initiative not only accelerated order delivery time from 6 days to 6 minutes but created new revenue streams and reduced time to implementation.
