How to fend off external interuptions?

I want to keep my focus at work, but I am constontly interupted.

examples: - the boss asks something to the whole team. - a coleague asks something about a piece of code I wrote - something funny on the radio - smalltalk among coleages with a joke in between. - ...

As extra info: We are a team of 6 developpers in one room, with sales and suits constantly coming over to ask and tell us things we must and mustn't do.

So how do you keep you focus and attention to your work? so you can get some things done, instead of answering to everyone and everything that interupts you?
