What are some good online tech talks?

We have a weekly tech talk at work, where we try to either have one of the developers present some subject, or watch a video or other presentation.

The subjects can be anything related to software development (or anything else, if it is particularly interesting), but we have tended recently to focus on software development methodology, such as unit testing, and technologies, such as NoSQL.

What are some good online presentations to watch, especially those related to software development?
