Hi, I hope somebody can help with a minor but rather annoying problem:

There is a speaker icon on my desktop and I can't remove it. It has not been there before. I noticed it after I played around with XBMC 10 and a Youtube plugin. The icon shows all the time no matter what application I launch e.g. Firefox, XBMC etc. it just shows on top of the application that I launch.

I tried to take a screendump, but the icon is not present in the screendump?

I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 (upgrade from 10.04).

Hope somebody cant help.
