What should you say in post-interview?

When you are leaving your company, you will be post-interviewed.

As best practice, you shouldn't say something bad about your company, because it will "burn your bridge", another best practice is to keep silence if the company really sucks.

I think if you decide to leave, there must be a reason(s) making you really unhappy, and I am sure you will have something really important to tell your employer. Then what is your attitude about post-interview?
