For a programmer that wishes to udnerstand principles of economics/how money flows, the basic principles of money exchanging hands..what are some good books/magazines/publications/journals?
Please assume a beginner level willing to learn fast and hard. The objective is to understand why some jobs pay more than others. On the topic of books, are there some well known autobiographies of leading CTOs coming from a technical background?
