Got a contract to hire offer

I just got a contract to hire position with a local company. They are paying 28/hour. I just graduated from college. They said they will take me in full-time after 6 months.

Should I ask for more money? I wanted somewhere between 60-70k. But this offer has no benefits, no paid holidays.

They said they hired couple of entry level people for the same amount of money. So, they want to keep the rate the same. Should I negotiate with the recruiter harder?
